Custom Boat Covers & Protective Sets
A cover patterned to your boat — not a generic shape pulled tight with elastic. From trailer-boat covers to matched sets for helm, console, hatches and gear.
Every cover starts with a measure of your boat, then CAD patterning and laser cutting so panels land exactly where they should. The result fits tightly, sheds water properly and does not chafe or flog in wind.
Fabric is chosen for the job: Weathermax or Sunbrella for breathable UV protection, Stamoid where full waterproofing matters. Seams are sewn with Tenara PTFE thread, which outlasts the fabric itself, and finished with YKK zips and 316 stainless fittings.

How long does a custom boat cover take?
Typically 2–4 weeks from measure to fit-off, depending on season and complexity.
